Personal Training and Health Coaching

This service is a combination of personal training and health coaching. Every person is different so every program will be unique to you depending on your starting point and your specific needs and goals.

Exercise is a great tool, but it alone cannot be the only driver to achieving your health related goals.

​

Your environment, relationship to self, sleep habits, nutrition, ability to manage stress, strength of community, sense of purpose, and many other factors all contribute to your overall health.

​

While we look health through an exercise lens, we still assess and address these other parts of your life. When appropriate and with your consent, I can coordinate with professionals who specialize in other modalities to ensure you have the right team in place ushering you towards your goals.

​

Personal training sessions are performed in-facility on E Shea Blvd in Paradise Valley. It is a private gym that is only available to personal trainers. It is over 4,000 square feet with new machines and equipment, a turf field, top of the line cardio equipment, showers, and locker rooms. For those who want the convenience and time-savings of in-home personal training, that option is available in depending on your location.

Health coaching sessions can be done in-person or virtually depending on your preference and availability.

All new clients start with an in-depth assessment to establish baselines of how you move, your current fitness level, and discuss goal-setting so we can create a well-informed roadmap to get you the results you want. All programs include access to additional workouts between our in-person sessions. These can be recovery workouts, walking protocols, breathing drills, meditation moments, cardio and conditioning workouts, or a blend of all these depending on your goals and where you are in your health journey.

Golf Fitness & Performance

Private training sessions with a focus on your golf game:​​

  • Increase power and power transfer for additional club head speed and distance
     

  • Improve your mobility and flexibility to unlock more range of motion in your swing

  • Golf-specific conditioning to improve your in-round stamina and reduce recovery time
     

  • Strength program to build a resilient mind and body while reducing injury risk

If you have a swing coach, I will coordinate with them upon your request. This allows both of us to ensure we are working together to get you the results you want. I have worked with all levels of golfers from casual weekend warriors to winners on the LPGA and PGA Tour and everyone in-between.

Concierge Health & Performance Coaching

This fully-customizable program is for those who require convenience and peace of mind due to their full schedules with a host of professional, personal and social obligations. When it comes to making big changes to move towards a healthier life, there are many potential barriers that can cause friction. If there is enough friction, then that can cause inaction and prevent the necessary changes from happening which keeps you from your goal. The premise of this entire program is to reduce as much friction as possible to ensure you achieve your version of optimal health.
 

Navigating the broad landscape of health and the healthcare system can be cumbersome, time consuming, and frustrating. Let me take that burden off your plate so you can focus on things that matter most to you.

Here are a few examples of how this looks in practice:

  1. Personal Training: In-home training to reduce drive time to and from the gym

  2. Live virtual training sessions when you are traveling

  3. Health Coaching: In-home coaching and guidance to ensure your home environment is optimized for success

  4. Coordination with your existing healthcare providers for continuity of care

  5. Booking and coordination for advanced testing like VO2 Max, Dexa Scan, Hydration Sweat Test, Resting Metabolic Rate, and more.

  6. Booking and coordination for ancillary service providers like massage therapists, chiropractors, dieticians, physical therapists, etc.

  7. Priority status for last minute schedule changes

  8. No fee for late cancellations or no shows

Each program is tailored to your specific goals, lifestyle, and availability to ensure you’re not getting bogged down with trivial details so your time and energy is going towards living your healthiest life.

Due to the intensive nature of this program, I only take on five concierge clients at a time.
